There is
a
pet shop
owner
in
Alabama
named
Sherry
Carter.
Since
early
2008 she
has been
slandering
me,
calling
me a
puppy
mill and
puppy broker,
and
stalking
me and
my
family.
She also
states I
am just
masquerading
as a
breeder.
We have
even had
to
purchase
another
house
due to
her
stalking
tactics
and for
the
safety
of our
daughter.
We know
she is a
pet shop
because
our
attorney
got a
copy of
her
license.

husband
I have
decided
to post
this
page.
We want
all
puppy
parents
everywhere
to know
Sherry
dose NOT
know
what she
is
talking
about
with all
her
rants,
raves
and lies
she has
posted
about me
and my
breeding
program.
What
Sherry
dose not
tell you
is in
the
State of
Missouri
any one
that is
breeding
dogs and
has more
then 3
females
must be
state
inspected.

Sherry has
emailed me and even called my home on several occasions.
On several of these phone call she has threatened me and
my family. In Januray 2011 Sherry Called me and this is
the message she left..

Over the years she as even taken photos of my daughter
and her family and post them on other websites. Here is
just one example (click on photo if you want to see if
full size) if anyone want to see the orgianl I have it.
Sherry
has on
her
website
that our
local
authorities
has been
to our
home.
She is
correct
in this
Mr.
Miller
has been
to my
home and
also
knows we
breed.
That
state of
Missouri
sends a
copy of
every
inspection
report
to the
local
authorities.
So they
know who
is in
breeding
in their
area.
Mr.
Miller
has seen
several
of our
puppies,
he uses
the same
vet as
we use.
A few
employees
of our
vet have
adopted
a baby
from us.
They
take
them to
work all
the
time. So
Mr.
Miller
has not
only
seen
our baby
puppies
of ours
but also
puppies
once
they are
adult
dogs.
When he
came out
to my
home, he
state
the lady
in
Alabama
named
Sherry
Carter
was
calling
him on a
daily
basis,
for
several
weeks.
So he
had to
come
check
our home
out. He
said he
knew
every
thing
she said
was most
likely
not TRUE
since he
knew us
and he
has seen
several
of our
babies.
For the
safety
of our
daughter
we have
purchased
a second
home. We
are now
living
in it
with our
family
and
fur-kids.
The
safety
of our
family
is
our
#
1concern.
Our
daughter
has been
followed
home
with
some one
that had
Alabama
plates,
we have
also had
our
neighbors
say
there
have
been
cars
watching
our home
with out
of state
plates.
This has
been
very
scary
for our
daughter
since
she is
adopted.
Any
puppy
parent
that
wants
our new
home
address
we will
be more
then
glad to
give it
to you
once we
receive
your
payment.
We still
welcome
you to
our home
to
pick up
your
baby as
well.

Back
in early
2008 I
had a
puppy
parent
call me
and tell
me there
was a
shorkie
breeder
with a
lot of
my
website
content
on her
site. So
being
the kind
of
person I
am I
called
the
breeder.
I was
honest
with her
and told
her who
I was
and why
I was
calling.
This was
the
first
time I
talked
to
Sherry,
boy was
it a
long
talk
over 240
minutes.
I never
once got
upset or
mad at
sherry I
even
told her
if she
needed
help I
would be
more
then
glad to
help
her.
After we were done talking I thought she would take off my content off her
site. My site has been up since 2005 and her original site
www.shrokiepark.com
( which has been shut down by the
hosting company for posting slander about me) was
published in early 2008.
To
this day her current website still has stolen content and key wording on it
from my website and another shorkie breeders website.
S
herry
did not take anything off her site matter of fact she stole even more
content and key wording from my site. Sherry even stole the Official
Shorkie Club of America Symbol and had it altered, to post on her website.
She has vowed over and over again to ruin me and the SCA.
She
has not stopped since the early 2008 with the Slander, and false statements
about me. I do pray for her and I will ask you to pray as well. As I really
think she needs gods help and love in her life. I truly believe one day god
will open her heart to the truth and touch her soul. Once this happens I
really believe she will stop. Until then we ask all our past, future and
present puppy parents to keep an open mind and keep her in your prays.
As
far as me and my breeding program If you have questions ask.. That is why I
am here. My babies are my passion and true love.
